At Lotus Broadcasting, Inc.,, we respect the privacy of our users and the importance of the information they entrust to us. Any details on when or what the information referral or application which your information was submitted is paramount for us to immediately remove your information, and to conduct an internal examination of when the information was submitted, from what IP Address if possible, and of course provide you with details that may assist you in eliminating the potential of this happening again. If no information is available, which is sometimes the case if your information was used without your knowledge, we will provide you with the results our information provides and a statement acknowledging your information was removed from our database or servers for any services or applications registered and the internal findings relevant or available for your records.

Lotus Broadcasting, Inc., shall not be held liable for any information submissions or otherwise by any person, company or entity for their web applications or products requests to include contests or event reservations. Any billing or other secure information shall only be collected using the most current security server software available and information collected therein shall be collected and protected by a third party for billing and shipping related services. Should you have conflicts with any billing please contact the company which showed on your billing statement whereas we do not bill or collect any information for product sales or services on our web sites. All billing is provided by the advertising company or a third party approved by the advertiser(s).

We use the information that we collect to improve the overall quality of your experience with the Site and Services, and to facilitate evaluation, improvement, and development of the Services. We aggregate query information for internal reporting purposes and optimization of advertising revenue. We count, track, and aggregate our visitors’ activities in our analysis of general traffic flows at the Site (e.g., tracking where users come from, what pages they select within the Site, how they interact with search results, etc.).

Information about the navigation page queries you took in using the Site and how you interact with information results may also be used to personalize the content and advertisements that we present to you. We may, based on the pages you visit and the navigation referral results you choose (including paid search results), draw inferences about your interests and display advertisements matched to such interests. If you choose to submit your name, email address, or other account or registration information, we generally use this information to provide you personalized service. We use cookies and other technology such as pixel tags to track traffic flow and patterns of travel within the Site as well as websites of other Lotus Broadcasting, Inc., and/or IAC businesses. Lotus Communications Business’s: We may use referral-query data to identify subject-matter search categories for use in classifying queries and targeting advertising that is delivered in response to queries. We may share the targeting categories as well as the navigation or timeline queries that you submit to us to enable them to personalize advertisements they present to you.

Third-party service providers. Some elements or features of the Site are supplied to us by third parties under contract. We may supply some of the information we collect from you to those third parties so that they can provide those elements or features for display on the Site. We may share the following information with third parties: (a) your Internet Protocol (IP) address; (b) the address of the last URL you visited before clicking through to the Site; (c) your browser and platform type (e.g., a Netscape browser on a Macintosh platform); (d) your browser language; (e) the data in any undeleted cookies that your browser previously accepted from us; and (f) the search queries you submit. Law enforcement/legal requirements. Corporate restructuring. We also may transfer your information to a third party if we or any of our affiliates are involved in a corporate restructuring (e.g., a sale, merger, or other transfer of assets).

We have security measures in place that are designed to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to information we collect online. Lotus Broadcasting, Inc., utilizes both industry and proprietary standards to preserve the confidentiality of information. We seek to limit access to our users’ information to employees who we believe reasonably need access to that information to provide products or services to you or in order to perform their jobs. Web Beacons:

Web beacons (also known as clear gifs, pixel tags or web bugs) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users or to access cookies. Unlike cookies which are stored on the user’s computer hard drive, web beacons are embedded invisibly on the web pages (or in email) and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence.
